The Milkshake Barista provides a comprehensive, yet easy to learn operating system designed to help build business along with a world-class training program that covers branding, business management, and more. In addition, you will always have access to an experienced field support team.

Our training program is available to you and your employees. The

program consists of 48 hours of classroom training. Training will be held

at The Milkshake Barista's corporate offices, located in New York. If you

prefer, you and your employees may attend the classroom training via

video conference. The training will cover the following in depth.

  • The proper ice cream, to milk, to flavoring ratio

  • Proper storage of ice cream, flavoring, milk, and toppings

  • Proper way to operate and sanitize all equipment

  • Correct temperature storage for ice cream, milk, flavorings, and toppings

  • How to use and maintain the POS system

  • How to keep inventory

  • How to anticipate reorders

  • Which mix of flavorings to use to make unique milkshakes

  • How to train your staff

  • How to setup your stations in order to make milkshakes efficiently

  • How long and what speeds to use when the milkshake mixers

Support

We also provide ongoing support with in-depth

Milkshake Barista operations training manuals, and

online access to training tools and development

support. We will also provide you with one of our

representatives who will come to your Milkshake

Barista location 24 hours before your grand opening.

They will stay with you for the duration to ensure your

big day is a great success. We will also support you
